The Standard Group is headquartered on Mombasa Road, Nairobi, with branches at I&M Bank Tower (NCBD), Mombasa, Nyeri, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kakamega, Kisumu, Meru, Kisii.
Our core values are agility, courage, innovation, excellence and achievement. We encourage our staff to live by our values. Our staff award scheme is aligned to our values whereby every quarter we recognize staff who demonstrate these values.
The same has also been incorporated in our performance management tool where employees are evaluated based on the extent they have lived up to our values.
To enhance staff engagement and teamwork, we also have quarterly sundowners. Our main objective for introducing this was to help staff bond outside normal work environment.
