BUSINESS EXECUTIVES; E – COMMERCE (REGIONS)
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting to the E – Commerce Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible for optimizing sales opportunities and revenue generation from sales of E-commerce services.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct sales, market the E-commerce platforms and product pitches to potential new clients.
- Create detailed proposal documents, negotiate the terms of agreement and close on sales.
- Manage quality assurance through site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys.
- Identify and test new sales channels and prepare data results.
- Ensuring that all business transactions are captured on time in the appropriate ICT systems.
- Liaising with Credit Control and clients regarding payment terms, debt collection and maintaining collection timelines.
- Driving e-commerce traffic, social media presence using modern tools and techniques.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Create and launch promotional activities and market activations.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients to foster customer retention and satisfaction.
- Preparing daily itineraries, weekly schedules and sales review reports.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
Academic and Professional Qualifications
- A Degree or Diploma in a Business-related field or an equivalent from a recognised institution.
Experience
- 2 years of relevant working experience
