DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES DUTIES

  • Managing a team of sales Executives
  • Ensuring the team hits and exceeds set sales targets
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Explaining products to customers
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending and leading sales meetings
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Resolving customer issues on time
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets
  • Working to retain old customers
  • Arrange training – products – certifications
  • Meet growth objectives

SOCIAL MEDIA SALES DUTIES

·       Manage and actively implement social media and other digital marketing methods while integrating new ideas on all the social media platforms

·       Conversion of fan/follower base to customers

·       Social media marketing and selling on all social media platforms

·       Ensure the team is selling online and maintain professionalism while chatting with customers

·       Ensure online sales targets are achieved

·       Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews

·       Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly

·       Identify and engage with brand advocates and engage with industry influencers

·       Provide social media insights to the business for implementation

·       Measuring results on a weekly basis to tying back objectives and achievements to time and budget

·       Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

·       Overseeing the social media strategy for the company

·       Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

·       Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing

 

 JOB REQUIREMENTS

•         Degree/Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field

•         5 years’ experience in exceptional combination of Sales and Marketing and Social Media Marketing

•         Strong communication & interpersonal skills

•         Strong team management skills

•         Leadership and management skills

•         Results orientated and Drives innovation and growth

•         Self-motivated and great interpersonal skills

•         Great presentation skills and Customer oriented
