Job Description

  • We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to oversee and optimize the Sales Development operation, ensuring KPI achievement, operational efficiency, and team scalability.
  • This role is responsible for leading SDR teams, Supervisors, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams while driving process improvements and aligning sales operations with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and experience managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire SDR operation, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs and sales goals.
  • Oversee SDRs, Supervisors, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
  • Manage team leaders and support organizational development initiatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on team results.
  • Analyze data to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
  • Optimize sales processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to improve scalability and efficiency.
  • Ensure alignment between sales operations and overall business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership, call center operations, or SDR management.
  • Proven experience managing leaders and high-performing teams.
  • Experience implementing operational improvements and performance strategies.
  • Strong background in KPI management and performance analysis.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with sales operations and process optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Language

  • Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
