SECURITY SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Reports to: MANAGING DIRECTOR

Salary:(kshs75,000-150,000)

Location: Westlands.

 Our client, in the security industry seeks to employ an individual who will oversee the marketing department.

Responsibilities

• Develop &execute business development and marketing plan.
• Ensure the sales team executives and team leaders are productive.
• Undertake continuous research on market trends and behavior.
• Participate in development of customer-led products and services.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and promotion programs.
• Carry out market intelligence &customer surveys.
• Participate in brand building strategy appropriate marketing communication.
• Educate members on policies, products and bank functions.
• Participate in marketing promotions, institutional visits and public campaigns.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field.
• Proven experience in marketing security services;2yrs in managerial level.
