Ensure that all the Digital and E-Channels Systems are properly managed and deliver business results and delightful customer experience.
Achieve revenue targets, profitability and growth as per agreed budgets
Digital and E- Channel promotion and enrichment initiatives. This will involve all initiatives aimed at increasing uptake of the channel solution in line with the company’s channel strategy
Support product sales teams with various sales drives, campaigns, events and staff trainings on new and existing solutions
Monitor, identify and mitigate the channel’s related risks in conjunction with supporting units such as underwriting, claims, ICT and compliance
Manage resolution of systems related problems to the digital and electronic channel systems within stipulated timelines
Knowledge & Experience
At least 2 years work experience in financial or related field.
Experience in customer service, digital and e-channels and digital marketing
Exposure to digital channels processes and procedures is a MUST
Academic and Professional Qualifications required
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University ( IT / Marketing is added advantage)
Experience in IT/Project Management is an added advantage
Proficient in Ms Office Suite – Ms Word, Power Point, Ms Visio, Ms Excel, Ms Access etc
