Moderate discussions to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment, enforcing community guidelines and rules as necessary.
Identify and escalate issues, concerns, or trends to the appropriate teams within the organization.
Collaborate with the marketing and community management teams to develop and implement strategies for community growth and engagement.
Create and curate content to share with the community, including announcements, updates, and relevant industry news.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay informed and provide valuable insights to the team.
Requirements:
Passion for Web3 technologies and decentralized ecosystems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in community management, social media management, or related fields.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with cryptocurrency projects or blockchain communities.
