Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor community channels on Telegram and Twitter, including but not limited to group chats, threads, mentions, and direct messages.
  • Engage with community members in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and fostering constructive discussions.
  • Moderate discussions to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment, enforcing community guidelines and rules as necessary.
  • Identify and escalate issues, concerns, or trends to the appropriate teams within the organization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and community management teams to develop and implement strategies for community growth and engagement.
  • Create and curate content to share with the community, including announcements, updates, and relevant industry news.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay informed and provide valuable insights to the team.

 

Requirements:

  • Passion for Web3 technologies and decentralized ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in community management, social media management, or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse audiences.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cryptocurrency projects or blockchain communities.
  • Knowledge of Web3 concepts, such as federal learning and decentralized applications (dApps).
