Support the full implementation of sales strategy in specific regions.
Scout for new territories for expansion this includes sourcing for new locations and clusters of Agro-dealers.
Support marketing activities in your designated regions.
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions; not limited to direct reports and key stakeholders.
Create regional sales plans in accordance with the set Annual targets for the region; monitor sales agents’ activities and ensure attainment of individual targets.
Monitor Stockists within the allocated region and effectively manage relationships with them.
Conduct weekly team review meetings, assessing performance against KPIs and helping the team resolve performance gaps.
Timely reporting of regional sales performance as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in In Business Management, Sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
5+ years experience in a sales management role (FMCG experience preferably)
