About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  •  Support the full implementation of sales strategy in specific regions.
  • Scout for new territories for expansion this includes sourcing for new locations and clusters of Agro-dealers.
  • Support marketing activities in your designated regions.
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions; not limited to direct reports and key stakeholders.
  • Create regional sales plans in accordance with the set Annual targets for the region; monitor sales agents’ activities and ensure attainment of individual targets.
  • Monitor Stockists within the allocated region and effectively manage relationships with them.
  • Conduct weekly team review meetings, assessing performance against KPIs and helping the team resolve performance gaps.
  • Timely reporting of regional sales performance as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in In Business Management, Sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
  • 5+ years experience in a sales management role (FMCG experience preferably)
  • Ability to Coach Mentor & Motivate Teams
  • Data-driven
  • Passionate about developing rural communities
  • Experience opening up new markets.
