Assist the Marketing Consultant and any agencies employed with the implementation of the company’s brands and their strategies
Work with the Marketing Consultant and sales team to ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals
Work with the Marketing Consultant to prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program and campaign success
Work with the sales team to provide market research, competitive analyses and consumer trends
Closely oversee campaigns with any agencies from inception to completion to ensure return on investment.
Support on packaging development, campaigns, including the development of briefing documents, ownership & deliverables and oversee execution
Manage, maintain and develop internal tools, including company websites, social media and online presence, print and conventional media.
Manage, maintain and grow all social media channels, websites and online presence
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements
Continually manage partnerships and create content for all the digital channels
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications or Media Relations
Must have good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
Good analytical and reporting skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Proactive and punctual
Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
Some graphic design experience is an added advantage
