Our client a global payments provider is looking to recruit a Head of Marketing. The primary role for this position is driving marketing strategy that utilizes a wide range of marketing channels, programs, and disciplines, including content marketing, thought leadership, event management, digital/online customer engagement, partner/channel marketing programs, brand marketing and social media. The Ideal candidate must have worked in an agency handling client in the financial service sectors.

Key Requirements:

  • Manage the projects and execution of marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services for the organization.
  • Translate the marketing vision into specific projects, action plans and tactics.
  • Oversee critical marketing functions to ensure the information and support for programs are effectively delivered.
  • Establish robust data streams and analytical processes to track and Identify changes in customers, competitors and business climate and enable responsive marketing activities.
  • Develop effective marketing teams and scalable processes to execute short-term and long-term marketing plans.
  • Work closely with the business development and relationship management in all markets to ensure alignment and successful execution, plan and execute measurable marketing plans that fuel the marketing and sales funnel and accelerate deal closure.
  • Deliver a calendar of events targeted to key buyers and market influencers.
  • Help shape marketing activities by bringing customer insight to the conversation.
  • Define and articulate consumer-led value propositions, positioning, compelling reasons-to believe that reinforce the tangible benefits and competitive advantages of the company and its affiliate’s products and solutions
  • Lead content management, campaign design and execution, creative production, and agency management
  • Determine the right tactics for each marketing challenge, including content marketing, sales enablement materials, branding guides, infographics, case studies, digital marketing, etc.
  • Ensure all content and creative execution lines up with company’s brand standards
  • Utilize knowledge of marketing, analytical and reporting tools, produce post-campaign reports and analysis that measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Work with business development and relationship management teams to ensure digital assets and online campaigns can be translated and localized for placement throughout international digital channels as we expand our solutions into new markets.
  • Write concise and crisp content that captures attention and inspires conversions.
  • Manage vendor selection, relationships, and marketing budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and business development strategies.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Experience of working in some key industries such as in Ecommerce, Financial Services, Fintech, or Payments.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and hard-working professional with desire to own projects from start to finish.
  • Strong drive and interest in increasing responsibility, leadership, and professional growth
  • Excellent at handling multiple projects with tight timelines.
