Our client is a well establish holistic spa offering a refreshing, rejuvenating and rebalanced experience to their clients.  They are looking to recruit a Front Office Manager to increase and grow sales revenue through maximizing clients’ trends and experiences through data analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • Increase and maintain a client retention of above 55%.
  • Review and analyse all client data to improve and increase client satisfaction and sales.
  • Study and report on client trends for improved market reach.
  • Achieve daily and monthly set sales targets.
  • Trend analytics – collect, organise and interpret statistical information through primary and secondary sources to maximize client satisfaction and experiences.
  • Responsible to ensure that client experiences are maximized and identify gaps to improve.
  • Marketing – support the company’s marketing department by collecting social media content.
  • Actively involved in new product, menu or treatment launches.
  • Team Leadership – lead and manage all front office trainings including on boarding.
  • Have knowledge of all customer service processes.
  • Improve service delivery and overall client experience.
  • Client Relationship – extensive knowledge of all services and products available to be able to advise and guide clients.
  • Conduct checks to ensure the spa ambience, i.e., music, décor, parking, reception etc.
  • Reporting – share daily reports.
  • Report to management any issues arising from client interactions.
  • Analyse all client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable institution.
  • Date and sales driven, inquisitive and determined to find solutions and alternatives.
  • MUST have experience managing a team of at least 3 people in professional fields.
  • Expert in understanding and learning calendar management skills.
  • Outgoing and professional personality, customer orientated and empathetic.
  • Hands-on and proactive with a thirst for tangible results.
