This hire sits at the Centre of our growth.
The Role
This is not a traditional sales or marketing job.
We're looking for someone who thinks in systems, builds pipelines that run without constant oversight, and takes direct ownership of revenue numbers.
Phase 1 (Months 1–3): Own employer acquisition — turn BD from reactive to proactive, build the CRM from scratch, and create the operational infrastructure for both local and Gulf markets.
Phase 2 (from Month 3): Expand into go-to-market execution for our three AI talent products — AI ATS, AI Resume Builder, and Visa-Sponsored Job Board.
What You'll Do
Own the full employer acquisition cycle from prospecting to close
Build and execute outbound outreach to companies actively hiring across Kenya
Pitch and close retainer agreements with anchor clients in hospitality, healthcare, and construction
Select, configure, and manage the company CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel)
Develop and run structured follow-up sequences for every prospect
Build and optimise the employer onboarding process end to endIdentify and develop Gulf-based manpower agency partnerships
Produce weekly pipeline reports and KPI dashboards for the CEO
From Month 3: support early go-to-market for all three AI talent products
Your First 90 Days
Month 1: Audit existing pipeline, configure CRM, build a 200+ target employer list, begin outreach
Month 2: Execute full outreach list, close first 5 employer clients, identify Gulf agency targets
Month 3: Hit acquisition targets, activate AI product outreach, deliver 6-month growth plan
