We are pleased to announce the position of a Change Management Engineer – IT and Agile Delivery in the Service Management within the Technology Division.   In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery and Governance Manager, the position holder will be responsible for driving agile change management adoption across the organization

 Job Responsibilities

  • Governance of all IT and Agile delivery changes
  • Participate in the Agile Quarterly Business reviews.
  • End to End review of all change related incidents, rollbacks, and emergency changes.
  • Responsible for Agile change management maturity
  • Follow-up on escalations from Digital IT and Agile teams
  • Development and documentation of agile change management process and policies.
  • End to End Follow through with all post implementation review action points
  • Participate in projects related to optimization of services and systems in the Digital IT Domains
  • Drive automation of agile change management workflows.
  • End to end architecture review of all digital IT and Agile products and services
  • Knowledge transfer- Job rotation to develop and retain a high performing team with clear objectives and career development plans.
  • Support implementation of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Qualifications - External

  • Honors Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification
  • SCRUM Foundation certification
  • Experience in Robotic Process Automation
  • Experience in Report Dashboarding and Automation
  • Experience in DevOps, Pipelining, Continuous Integration and Deployment
  • 1-2 years of experience in Telco or Digital Service Provider environment
  • Good report writing skills (High level and Technical)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good project management skills
