The County Public Service Board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill in the above position in the department of Water Services.
Job Description/Requirements
11. Support Staff (Water Pumping stations)- JG ‘B’- (8 Posts)
(Mwakalanga Dam WS, Kizingo Dam WS, Majimboni Musulwa WS, Dziweni Dam WS, Mtaa Dam WS, Busho Kilibasi WS, Maili Nane Ws, Mtsangatamu Bahakanda Pipeline)
Requirements for Appointment:-
• Minimum CPE/KCPE Certificate
• Post Primary Education
• Age between 22yrs and 35 years
• Must be resident of the location of the water pumping stations
• Must be fluent in Local language
Duties and Responsibilities.
• Maintain security of installed facilities at the Water Pumping Station
• Maintain cleanliness of the Water Pumping Station compound and facilities
• Routine Patrolling and Inspection of the water pipelines
• Assist in keeping daily records of water treatment chemicals usage;
• Assist in taking water meter readings and keep records of water usage for the plant
