Our client, a dynamic Forex Bureau with Branches across Nairobi is seeking to recruit an Administration Manager. The position requires a mature person, who is self-motivated, proactive and will oversee all the branches. The person should also possess good accounting skills and must be flexible to travel the Branches. Prior experience in the Financial Service Sector is an added advantage.

Key Requirements:

  • Oversee the overall operational, administrative, and financial functions.
  • Set good track record of progressive achievement of the set goals and targets.
  • Manage the day-to-day trading of all the branches and ensure their profitability.
  • Ensure an effective internal control system is maintained and adheres to all statutory requirements.
  • Carry out supervision work to ensure that projects, financial management systems are functioning appropriately.
  • Liaise with other departments heads in the day to day running of the bureaus and report to the overall manager.

Qualifications:

  • MUST have excellent skills in accounting.
  • Prior experience in the Financial Service Sector is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Punjabi and Hindi languages is an added advantage.
  • Must have proven experience in office administration.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be organized, pro-active autonomous and enjoy teamwork.
