Job Purpose;

Responsible for planning and implementing sales &marketing strategies, product development programs targeted toward existing and new markets.

Main Tasks

  • Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to present standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
  • Set team goals and conduct quarterly performance reviews with all team members.
  • Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
  • Develops and implements strategic Sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
  • Conducting market research to assist in formulating Sales strategies.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • identify training opportunities for the development of the employees in the Sales and Marketing sections.
  • Recommend the Products to Architects Consultant, Developers & Project Owners

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or any relevant field
  • A minimum of 6 years’ in Sales Manager Position, with 2 Years of experience in selling Building materials
  • Must have managed a team
