About the Role

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring office supply management, office cleanliness, and maintenance
  • Airtime Allowance top up to staff
  • Managing Staff Expense Reimbursement
    • Field visit allowance
    • Intercity travel
    • Out of pocket expenses
  • Procurement
    • Merchandise procurement
    • Procurement of all office assets and office consumables
    • Procurement of lab consumables
  • Petty cash management and reconciliation,
  • Travel arrangement, this includes; per diem, transport and accommodation
  • Office management i.e ensuring that all utility bills for Ilara Health offices and Labs are paid

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration
  • At least two years of work experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in using computer applications, software and Google Workspace
