The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, consultations and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including membership lists, projects lists etc.
  • Support the development and implementation of communication strategies, including social media, website updates, and newsletters.
  • File annual returns and update society changes (e.g., change of office bearers) at the Registrar of Societies.
  • Main the SEP library database and assets register, ensuring accurate records of borrowed and returned items.
  • Clean and maintain the office space regularly.
  • Provide general support to staff as needed.
  Ideal Profile
  • Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
