Provide technical and strategic advice on One Health implementation, particularly related to multi-sectoral collaboration, zoonotic disease emergence/reemergence, and environmental risk reduction
Prepare written outputs such as reports, policy recommendations, and strategic documents for UNEP
Support N4H Consortium and Country Partners in implementing One Health systems and objectives
Co-design and facilitate the operational work of N4H partnership, including the development of a Learning Network for countries
Facilitate Consortium Partner meetings and working groups
Provide technical papers and materials to support the Technical Advisory Group
Qualifications:
Advanced university degree (MSc or higher) in a relevant field such as ecosystem health, environmental health, public health, or veterinary medicine
A minimum of 7 years of relevant post-graduate experience
Experience in emerging infectious diseases and zoonoses, biodiversity and wildlife health, health systems policy, antimicrobial resistance, food systems and their interlinkages with health, and social, economic, and behavioral sciences relating to One Health
Languages:
Fluency in English is required. Working knowledge of another UN language is an advantage.
