Job Purpose Statement
The purpose of the role is to support the Transactional Banking Director with business analysis, performance measurement and monitoring of the strategy development and implementation status. To assist Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania TB, Corporate, Retail and Global Markets in data Analysis, analysis of financial performance, profitability metrics and revenue assurance across TB products. To monitor TB department initiatives, market analysis, data collection, business development support. To support administrative duties and ad hoc tasks within the TB unit to ensure effective flow of information with its respective support units
