Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for analysis
• Prepare reagents and set up laboratory for experiments
• Maintain the laboratory work area and equipment
• Assist in other tasks to support the project as required.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies

• Diploma in Applied Biological sciences;
• Familiarity with molecular laboratory equipment with recent attachment in a parasitology/ molecular biology laboratory;
• Accuracy and close attention to detail; and
• Strong analytical and organisation skills.

Contract Duration: 6 months
