Our client is seeking to hire an Administrative Coordinator who will be a key team member providing high-level administrative skills across the front and back offices of the company. The Administrative Coordinator will manage the daily activities of the office, ensuring efficient office operations, coordination, prospective and current client communications, and management of clientele, as well as the smooth running, of the different activities in the company.
