Title: Sales Officer - Homecare Service Facility

Reporting to: Head of Homecare Services

Industry: Health Care Services

Job Location: Nairobi.

Gross Salary: 50,000+ Commission

Job Objective: Ensure sales margin for Homecare 360+ are achieved.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers to create rapport and close sales for inpatient and outpatient services
• Achieve and go beyond the set sales targets for healthcare products and equipment.
• Identify and contact potential partners to drive business growth and strategic partnerships for the Homecare services
• Increase the value of existing customers for Homecare services while attracting new ones through business development activities to meet set targets.
• Find and develop new markets, improve sales, and drive business growth for Homecare services
• Supervise sales and business development staff of Homecare services as appropriate to drive the required initiatives within the business development strategy.
• Drive the achievement of the Homecare services marketing and sales strategy.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and exhibitions at the industry level to source opportunities and create networks for services

Skills and qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized university
• At least 3 years experience in Sales, business development especially in the Insurance or health sector.
• Excellent presentation and communications skills
• Good training and mentorship skills
• Self-driven person and tolerance to ambiguity
• Fluent in English and Swahili languages
• Experience in sales and marketing of healthcare or insurance industry.
