Gross Salary: 20-30k,

Our client is a leading distributor of FMCG and they are seeking to hire a Back Office Support who will be the main contact person for all the sales team on the fields and finance team in the office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Approve and release sales orders to the sales team
  • Improve and maintain sales team funding processes 
  • Have the ability to estimate required sales orders per day, and ensure they have the funds to process these orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set.
  • Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse the data to track sales targets and extract BI analysis 
  • Oversees the company’s daily operations of the finance department and resolve accounting discrepancies
  • Provide useful financial & operational insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing the organizational strategy
  • Resolve client queries in a timely and appropriate fashion
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships and engender goodwill, for business growth and continuity.
  • Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
  • Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or its equivalent 
  • Minimum of 1-year experience preferably in the field of textiles and toys supplies to customers 
  • Candidate should be proficient in the use of professional English language both verbally and on text (i.e. the use of email) 
  • Candidate should have experience in stock control and follow ups open stock count and supplies to customers
  • Candidate should understand the process of invoicing on a monthly basis for sales for the previous month to the various customers and have past experience 
  • Candidate should know how to engage with customers on a professional and respectful manner for all concerns and feedback 
  • At least 1 years’ experience in back-office Operations would be an added advantage 
  • Experience in Sales Support / After Sales follow up with customers
  • Proficient in using MS Excel, Word, power point
