The Admin Assistant will be tasked with front office duties and offering to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities
1. Man the reception area
2. Welcome guests into the company and handle their queries
3. Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to respective departments
4. Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
5. Manage petty cash reports
6. Offer admin support to other departments.
7. Assist in administrative roles in payroll and outsourcing
8. Offer to support the recruitment department in scheduling interviews, shortlisting, and report writing
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or front-office role.
3. Good Communication skills.
4. Personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
5. Fast to understand concepts with keen attention to detail and willingness to learn.
6. Ability to multi-task and get things done to completion.
7. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
8. Able to handle a high-pressure environment.


NB: Willingness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.
