Admin/HR Intern

Receptionist duties-
1. Handling the flow of people through the organization and ensuring that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
2. Coordinating front-desk activities, including receiving phone calls, screening and determining the nature of the calls, distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls appropriately.
3. Arranging appointments and meetings when requested including managing an active calendar of appointments, composing and preparing correspondence;
4. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications/Skills Required
1. Ongoing (Second year) or just completed 1st Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Public Relations or related field.
2. No experience required
3.Committed, focused, consistent, punctual, resilient and has the zeal to learn.
4. Computer Literate - MS Outlook and Excel and basic software application and familiarity with the internet and email communications
5. Excellent communication and people centered skills
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective work relations at all levels,
7. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work with limited supervision, pro-active and a good team-player.
