Gross Salary: 30K plus 15% commissions on all closed deals(during Probation),

Our client is a leading news and entertainment digital media company in East Africa. They have record web traffic of more than 8Million people per month on a global scale. They are seeking to hire a qualified Junior Sales Representative who is young, motivated, and eager to achieve great heights in the media industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating cold leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating with prospective clients.
• Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports.
• To perform prospecting, cold-calling, and cold emailing.
• Negotiate with clients at the early stages of cooperation.
• Develop business relationships.
• Maintaining client records.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business or related field.
• MUST have 6 months+ of experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly

Work Hours: 

Full-time, office: 8 AM – 5 PM 5 days per week
