SALES TEAM LEADER 
We are looking to hire a sales team leader for our client, a real estate company based in Nairobi.
Qualifications and Skills
• A University Degree/Diploma in Business/ Sales and Marketing or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a sales team leader.
• Experience working in a real estate firm is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of doing sales in the real estate business is preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, leadership, motivational and computer skills is required.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development.
• Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team.
• Keep Informed of New Products and Services.
• Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team.
• Delegate Tasks and Set Deadlines.
• Set Sales Targets and Motivate Sales Team.
• Prepare Sales Reports.
