Job Description

This is the entry and training grade in this cadre. An officer at this level will work underguidance and supervision of a senior officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Take history from patients Carry out clinical services and procedures
Document all aspects of patient care and maintain accurate and complete medical records
Collect, prepare and store research samples and specimen;
Filling case report forms;
Data Collection and involvement in field activities;
