Oversee the financial management of the organization for optimal value
Lead the line management team and guide organizational performance management
Responsible for managing all company assets
Oversee and direct the preparation and review of reports
Research and analyze the impact of the economic climate on the business
Advise the CEO on business operations and sound financial management
Lead the operations function and ensure policies, procedures and tasks are actioned
Evaluate and recommend business strategic growth opportunities.

Person’s specifications

At least five (5) years in senior management
Excellent leadership and management skills and experience
Minimum Degree in Business Management or equivalent from a recognized University
Strong work ethic and follow-through
SME experience preferred
Experience leading projects in a small business will be a strong advantage
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Strong project management skills
A good administrator with planning and coordinating skills
An excellent communicator able to manage difficult clients or teams
A good understanding of finance is a strong plus
