Our client in the retail industry in Nairobi seeks to hire a Human Resource Officer/Admin.

Requirements:
1. Diploma/Degree in HRM (Human Resource Management), Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least two (2) years of experience working as an HRO or office admin.
3. Preferably a lady and someone with experience in the retail industry.
4. Proactive individual, capable of providing the much-needed support for company growth.
5. Capable of developing and implementing HR procedures.
6. Should have good communication skills.
7. Good command of labor issues – should be able to resolve disputes amicably.
8. Should be a person with high integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Providing a necessary support system for payroll requirements.
2. Assisting with processing employee grievances.
3. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job.
4. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
5. Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
6. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees.
7. Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
8. Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees.
9.Managing training programs both internal and external.
