Main Duties

  • Support finance with preparations of PRs and basic project financial reports
  • Develop, maintain and assist finance in having an efficient filing system
  • Update the travel sheet, travel audit sheet and sending out the travel itinerary
  • Organizing payment of yearly office licenses
  • Assist in shipping items to our project sites
  • Manage boardroom meeting schedules and provide reminders
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Regular data update in Share Point
  • Assist in logistics and purchases for Kenya project sites and maintain supplier contact lists

Qualifications;

  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline is essential
  • A minimum of 3 years office administration experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent management skills and prioritization of daily work
  • Attention to detail, flexible ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
