CHEF DE PARTIE

Our client, a restaurant along Lang’ata road is seeking to hire a responsible supportive individual who will work with the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors.

•Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.

•Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis chefs.

•Responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.

•Consults daily with Sous Chef and Executive chef on the daily requirement.

Requirements

•Excellent culinary catering talent.

•Experience cooking in a well-established restaurant.
