Description

Serve as the operating officer of the hotel.

Communicate the hotel's goals and strategies to the support staff and ensure that they are executed with the common goal of the hotel's expectations.

Monitoring the quality of the hotel's services, including management and oversight of hotel activities.

Facilitates the relationships between employees, guests, and clients

Manages all aspects of hotel operations, including the development and execution of operational policies and the management of human resources and personnel policies.

Education

The suitable candidate should be a Diploma graduate in Hotel Management from Kenya Utalii College or a similar institution.

A degree in the same field will have an added advantage.

More Details on Experience

Minimum 5-year experience.

Attained the age of 35years and above.

Computer Literacy.

Management skills.
