Main Purpose of the Role
To assist the Outreach Supervisor to implement City Eye Hospital’s Outreach Strategies through community mobilization in a bid to ensure that we achieve a wider reach in our community based programs.


Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys on eligible areas for community outreach programs.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of community outreach camps.
  • Take part in community outreach camps in the capacity assigned.
  • Work closely and network with community stakeholders to mobilize for outreach camps.
  • Assist in preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Outreach reports.
  • Take part in company projects and carry out any other tasks that may be assigned to you by your
  • Line Manager and/ or any other person placed in authority over you.

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Diploma or higher in any business related field
  • Previous work experience in a similar capacity or social work of at least 2 years
  • Must have a valid PSV driving license
  • Must be licensed to drive heavy vehicles

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good Communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in high pressure situations.
  • Must be willing to work in Nyeri. Locals are encouraged to apply
