Key Responsibilities
- Planning for the hospital's staff to make sure everyone is working effectively
- Checking job descriptions and interview questions to match what each job needs
- Writing and putting up job postings on AIC Kijabe Hospital's website
- Looking at job applications and choosing suitable candidates for each department
- Helping to organize and conduct interviews
- Checking the background of new employees and verifying their education and work qualifications
- Making sure new staff members understand how the hospital operates
- Evaluating employees at the end of their probation period and giving them proper feedback
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized university
- Must be very skilled in using Microsoft Office software
- Should be a member of IHRM and in good standing
- Must have a strong sense of confidentiality and honesty
