  • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a front office or receptionist role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Well-versed in front office operations and customer service management
  • Experience operating front office equipment and payment processing machines (PDQ terminals)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili
  • Professional appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

WORK SCHEDULE:
Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
