Be proficient in the Gallooli Remote Monitoring System (RMS) and manage its operations to ensure optimal performance

Analyze and troubleshoot RMS faults, unit disconnections, and other technical issues promptly and efficiently

Possess good knowledge of Galooli alarms, root cause analysis (RCA), and associated hardware, and apply this knowledge to resolve issues.

Configure Galooli settings and software as required to ensure proper system functionality and responsiveness.

Provide second-level remote support to the field teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues that cannot be handled at the first level.

Monitor remote sites and resolve issues within agreed SLAs, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Work closely with field teams, Galooli support, and clients to resolve issues and ensure a seamless remote monitoring experience.

Prepare and generate presentations and reports as per required frequency, detailing system performance, issues, and resolutions.

Track fuel activities, detect fuel mismatches, identify fuel drops, report fuel discrepancies, and validate fuel data accuracy.

Ensure that all units, fuel systems, and fuel sensors are intact, calibrated, and functioning as per the required standards.

Detect inactive solar systems and follow up with field technicians for timely resolution.
