  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the print and design industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
