Job Description

AMI is looking for an ambitious and talented Marketing Specialist to support the marketing team with the current CRM and marketing systems. 

CRM

  •  Support the assessment and resolution of Zoho CRM cases and tickets
  •  Lead Zoho CRM support and specific enhancement projects
  •  Support CRM business process automation projects and data optimization projects
  •  Play product owner for applications, tools, and plug-ins within the CRM stack
  •  Build productive and collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and business owners
  •  Build and automate data quality controls and master data management operations.
  •  Identify, assess, monitor, document, and communicate potential quality issues and provide efficient solutions for Zoho CRM

Marketing Systems

  •  Manage day-to-day requests for website updates
  •  Facilitate website & other system integrations with the CRM
  •  Recommend and implement changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  •  Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  •  Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  •  Collaborate with analytics & data teams to drive a machine-learning based approach to customer touch points
  •  Communicate proactively and frequently and modify technical information as needed so that it can be understood by stakeholders to enable their decision-making.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing or related field
  •  3 years experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM will be strongly preferred)
  •  3 years experience implementing multiple marketing integrations including websites, landing pages and social media platforms for a unified user experience
  •  Experience converting business requirements to technical solutions
  •  Experience working in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment
  •  Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal skills and a self-starter 
  •  Hands on experience in building and optimizing CRM platforms including Zoho CRM and Zoho suite of products
  •  Strong working knowledge and experience in website development including use of content managers such as Wordpress & Wix
  •  Proven SEO & SEM experience
  •  Experience with Google Analytics and other web-analytics tools to building meaningful reports & dashboards
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •  Interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence – ability to interact well with groups of people from diverse backgrounds
