Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors as soon as they arrive at the office and act as the first point of contact in AFL office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with adequate/necessary stationery.
Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the office.
Coordinate front desk activities including distributing correspondence.Administration
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
Send and receive documents and packages.
File and keep records.
Maintain an organized filing system.
Assist in procurement as needed.Housekeeping
Help maintain the cleanliness by sweeping, moping, vacuuming, dusting and polishing the surroundings.
Enure rooms are attended to and are up to the standards of the management/establishment.
Inform superiors of any damages or issues observed
Keep an inventory of all housekeeping and cleaning supplies and equipment; ensuring it is always stocked up.
Run various errands as needed by the office.
Preparing balanced meals and tea for office staff.Qualifications to be successful in the role
Good writen and oral communication skills and Customer support services
Detail-oriented and results driven
Adaptability and able to multi-task
Initiative and problem solving capability, self motivated with a positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work without supervision
Housekeeping skills, dependability, attention to detail, multitasking and prioritizing taks.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
