Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors as soon as they arrive at the office and act as the first point of contact in AFL office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with adequate/necessary stationery.
  • Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the office.

  • Enure rooms are attended to and are up to the standards of the management/establishment.
  • Inform superiors of any damages or issues observed
  • Keep an inventory of all housekeeping and cleaning supplies and equipment; ensuring it is always stocked up.
  • Run various errands as needed by the office.
  • Preparing balanced meals and tea for office staff.Qualifications to be successful in the role
