Job description

We are looking for a candidate with 5 years of experience as a JUNIOR SOUS CHEF, 2 years as a CHEF DE PARTIE and 1 year as a SOUS CHEF.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality
  • 25-35 years of age. 
  • 5 years of experience as a JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
  • 2 years as a CHEF DE PARTIE
  • 1 year as a SOUS CHEF
  • Conversant with culinary arts
  • Vast experience in international cuisine
  • Vast experience in live cooking
  • Males are more preferred
