The SME Banking Relationship Manager is primarily responsible for business development, servicing and managing SME customer relationships through one on one engagement, identifying client needs and providing them with the appropriate bank products, services and solutions.
The Relationship Manager is also in charge of PAR management and customer retention.
Ideal Job Specifications Academic:
Bachelor’s Degree in business related field.
Professional Qualification CPA, ACCA, Credit Management will be an added advantage
Professional:
Credit skills and Knowledge of SME banking products and policies is an added advantage
Desired work experience:
8-10 years banking experience in a sales, customer service and relationship management.
