Our client, a fast food chain of restaurants, is seeking to engage the services of a Sales & Marketing Executive. The holder of this position will be responsible for managing social media campaigns as well as ensuring that excellent services are provided to the customers

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Being the Sales & Marketing Executives, you are Directly Responsible for:

• Assist in the setting of of targets and report on the performance of the same
• Manage Corporate sales, Events and Parties
• Crafting of Social MEdia campaigns and follow up on the execution of the same.
• Increase our community of followers on facebook, Instagram and twitter
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) for facebook, instagram and twitter accounts
• Provide updates from the customer service line on feedback from customers both positive and negative
• Communicate with followers and customers, and respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews 
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout) 

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Diploma or Certificate in Sales & Marketing.
• At least 2 years’ Experience in Sales & Social Media Marketing
• Must be computer literate and a strong social media enthusiast
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
