  • The resource can also act as the 1st Technical touchpoint in PRSP (SMS and USSD shortcodes) configuration in UAT to improve efficiency. 
    • Guide PRSPs on how to integrate to Equitel USSD/SMS gateways
    • Configure/Create them on USSD/SMS user interface
