About the Role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct solar market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new solar sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential solar clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on solar products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with solar sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in solar exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better sales results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with sales teams
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least certificate in Electrical Engineering or Related Field.
  • At least 3 years’ Experience as Solar Technical Sales Executives or sales Engineer.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Thorough understanding of solar marketing and negotiating techniques.
