The job holder as a Manual Tester will be responsible for performing manual testing of software products to ensure they meet the requirements and are of high quality. You will work closely with the development team to identify and report issues for resolution.

Responsibilities

Develop test cases and test plans based on project requirements and specifications
Execute manual tests and document results.
Identify, report, and track defects in bug-tracking systems.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce and debug issues.
Participate in the software development life cycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and issues
Other duties assigned to you.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent) is an advantage
3+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of at least one programming/ scripting language
Knowledge of at least one database management system
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Coordination and leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly developed attention to detail
Ability to work individually and in a team as and when required
