Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or any related course.
  • 1 Year experience in billing would be an added advantage.
  • Attained a C+ or higher in your KCSE
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid Good conduct certificate.

Responsibilities.

  • Managing medical billing for patients, updating patient information, generating invoices, and processing payments.
  • Keep an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances.
  • Validate debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments.
  • Issue receipts for received payments
  • Securely handle client data and payment information
  • Provide regular, accurate reports of billing data
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Vast product knowledge.
  • Ensure efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through the provision of professional customer support.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Provides excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, questions, acknowledging concerns and resolving complaints.
  • Maintain a high profile in the day to day operations.
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
