1.     Job brief

Responsible for delivering quality services to our clients. As well, to work with our clients to both satisfy their current needs and explore new business opportunities agricultural engineering. They’re expected to stay up to date about new hydroponics technology and assist with administrative duties as needed.

2.     Key Role & Responsibilities

Hydroponics Farm Manager

• Prepare lessons plan
• Train students on both theoretical and practical aspect
• Overseeing all operations of your course unit
• Guide learners on Setting standards for growing all specimens, including the schedule and nutrient intake
• Guide learners on how to ensure proper preparation for harvesting times
• Train and guide learners on experimenting with growing conditions to improve efficiency
• Train learners on testing water quality on a regular basis
• Guide learners on the marketing strategies to better promote products
• Perform other related duties as required from time to time.

Necessary Skills &  Academics qualifications;

• At least 2 years of experience in a hydroponic farm
• Extensive knowledge of  art of growing plants without soil
• Excellent people skills
• Ability to use all the necessary equipment’s of hydroponics
• Forward-thinking mindset, able to see the big picture at all times
• Interest in the hydroponic industry
• Trade school certification with hydroponics specialty will be added advantage
• He or she should have bachelor’s degree in an agriculture-related field
• Perform other related duties as required from time to time.
