About the Role

Key Responsibility

  • Receive and grade raw milk at the main reception and record the quantity and quality parameters.
  • Carry out chemical and microbiological analysis of milk, milk products and washing detergents.
  • Preparation and standardization of lab chemical reagents as per laid down procedure while ensuring safety.
  • Analyze incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet the required quality parameters.
  • Maintain proper records of all received milk and ensure proper handover at the end of the shift.
  • Ensure procedural CIP process before and after receiving milk or after dispatch of milk.
  • Carry out daily checks on factory and personal hygiene.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/diploma in Dairy Technology /Biochemistry /Lab Technology/Food Science or related field.
  • Minimum two (2) years experience in the dairy Industry or Food industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in yoghurt production.
  • Planning and organizing abilities.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Integrity and honesty.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
