About the Role
Key Responsibility
- Receive and grade raw milk at the main reception and record the quantity and quality parameters.
- Carry out chemical and microbiological analysis of milk, milk products and washing detergents.
- Preparation and standardization of lab chemical reagents as per laid down procedure while ensuring safety.
- Analyze incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet the required quality parameters.
- Maintain proper records of all received milk and ensure proper handover at the end of the shift.
- Ensure procedural CIP process before and after receiving milk or after dispatch of milk.
- Carry out daily checks on factory and personal hygiene.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/diploma in Dairy Technology /Biochemistry /Lab Technology/Food Science or related field.
- Minimum two (2) years experience in the dairy Industry or Food industry.
- Knowledge and experience in yoghurt production.
- Planning and organizing abilities.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Integrity and honesty.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
